This Sunday the morning service was a communion service. Before communion Kevin Green, a deacon of the church, preached on the portion of the first letter to the Corinthians from verse 17 of chapter 1 to verse 5 of chapter 2. He focused on the two responses to the message of the cross set out in verse 18 of chapter 1.
